Is North Korea monarchy,dictatorship,or democracy? WHy do you think so?Do you think people in this country have rights and freedoms?

The constitution defines North Korea as "a dictatorship of people's democracy" under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea. It is largely a dictatorship. I think under any lens there are little to no freedoms in North Korea. North Korea is perhaps the most closed society to Western influences in the world.
