Should non-violent prisoners be released from jail in order to reduce overcrowding? YES OR NO.. Briefly explain your choices.

This is asking for your opinion. I think each non-violent case should be evaluated on a case by case basis. A blanket policy doesn't really work well. It all depends on public safety.
