The 4th juror says that they are only there to decide guilt or innocence of the boy rather than to make excuses why the boy turned out the way he did. He adds that most kids who come out of the slums are criminals. The 10th juror pipes in his agreement saying that slum kids are " real trash" and that he doesn't want any part of them.
