I belive there are other factors involved. 5th Juror has already questioned the way the boy's father was killed, the way the knife was held. He also took unbridge to the members of the jury who condemned the boy because he was poor and from the slums. 5th Juror looked at all the evidence, weighed it, and found himself incapable of rendering a verdict of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
