Does this play/film leave you feeling concerned or confident that a "trial by jury" results in a fair trial? What are the reasons for your position?

This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. In my opinion, trial by jury generally results in a fair trial. Note..... fair is the operative word. I believe the judicial system does its best to judge a case based upon the evidence presented. This does not mean that innocent people haven't been convicted, nor, does it mean that the guilty haven't walked free. It means that those called to jury duty must approach their civic obligation with seriousness, fairness, and complete dedication.
