Juror 3 is pretty much the definition of a bully. Anyone who doesn't share his opinion is fair game. Clearly juror three has no respect for the jury process, he just wants to get out of there, "Six days. They should have finished it in two. Talk, talk, talk. Did you ever hear so much talk about nothing?" Juror 3 hates being questioned which is why he threatens to punch juror 8, "Let me go! I'll kill him. I'll kill him!" Juror 3 clearly thinks intimidation will get him places but it is clear to see that all his anger is a result of his own untreated emotional issues. His decision making ends up being brash, unstable, and aggressive.
