The movie 12 angry men

None of them seem particularly interested of what they are doing when they first enter the room.  The foreman goes to the head of the table, several go to the restroom, and some begin to smoke, something they have not been able to do while in court.  They find seats, seat themselves, and prepare for the task ahead of them.  Much of the emotion that comes out later is not obvious in the early scene.
