What were some obstacles that were faced in 12 angry men to come up with the verdict?

Most of the obstacles had to do with convincing certain jurors, especially juror 3, to let go of their prejudices and bias against the boy. Juror 8, in particular, had to appeal to logic and humanity to convince other jurors that there was more than reasonable doubt that the boy is guilty.
