Could someone explain specific Dystopian Controls like how to connect the different Ministries' part to what type of control is being used?

The control of the party is closest to a fascist totalitarian control more than anything else. O'Brien however states that unlike older fascists regimes, the party is only interested in complete power and control over its people. Under the party there are no promises, there are no martyrs and there are no individual dreams. All the ministries are connected to fulfill one purpose, the maintenance of power and control over people for eternity.
