What are Physical Jerks and how did the party know whether or not people participated in them? If people were caught not participating in them, what was their punishment?

Physical Jerks included stretching and excercising. The Party knew if someone wasn't participating because they were watched with cameras. If they were caught not participating, their name would be called out... public humiliation.
