Sammy has no experience with girls. He ogles the young girls who come into the store, and yet finds fault with each of them. Sammy is immature, disrespectful, and his attempt to quit his job in order to seem heroic falls on deaf ears...... the "Queen" and her court are unimpressed.
As for the second part of your question, "Godfather Death" as in the character from the fairy tale?
