What happens when Dave's mother threatens to kill him with a knife?

David wasn't at all worried when his mother picked up the knife, as she threatened him regularly. Unfortunately, she lost her balance while waving the knife around and fell, losing her grip on the knife, which flew straight into David's stomach.
