After witnessing mr.fezziwigs party, why did Scrooge tell the ghost he wanted to say something to his clerk?

Scrooge is nostalgic when he sees Mr. Fezziwig. He sees how a boss should treat his employees. Scrooge laments the way he has treated his emplyees, especially his clerk Bob Cratchit.
