I'm not sure what version of the movie you are referring to, but I am sure most people have experienced similar events or feelings during the Christmas season. From aiding the poor to help them celebrate... to getting together with family over the holidays... to knowing someone who hates the holidays and the celebrations that accompany them. The world is filled with people who love the Christmas holidays and embrace the religious aspect of the celebrations. There are also numerous people who celebrate nothing, as well as people who have their own religious celebrations that have nothing to do with Christmas.
