How do Bob and his boss, Mr Scrooge, get along?

Scrooge basically commands Bob and Bob must comply. Bob is a kindly soul who does not have hate in his heart. He is thankful to Scrooge for having a job even though he is ill- treated. I think that Bob also fears that Scrooge could fire him at any moment.
