How does Dickens present Scrooge's death in Stave 4?

Dicken's presents Scrooge's death in an otherworldy fashion. As Scrooge travels along with the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, he is privy to the feeling about the man's death.... and the aftermath. He does not, however, know that the dead man is himself.... that the items being fought over are his own.... that the celebrations are in his honor, but not because his life is celebrated.... rather, because his death is celebrated. The reader, like Scrooge, thinks twice when we learn the truth.
