What Scrooges reaction when Christmas Present shows him the Cratchit home and Bob's many children?

Scrooge feels badly about how little he pays Cratchit and how hard it is on his family.

Scrooge is extremely surprised because he believed that Cratchet would be living in a poorer house setting. However when he saw Tiny TIm's condition his heart fell. This "heart-fallin" did not take place immdeatly but rather during the Third Ghosts visit.
