who was fan? and why was scrooge moody?

wen scrooge himself was born his mum died and scrooges dad thought scrooge was the reason to blame however his younger sister was fan and she had his nephew fred and she died that was the reason why scrooge hated his nephew.

Scrooge was moody because of what had happened to him in the past (written above) he frogot how to love. all scrooge started to ever care about was money and hated people. Scrooge hated the fact of christmas because his partyner in buisness died 7 years ago in the story at that very time so also so he didnt have to spend money.
