How smart is Nora ? Does she make good decisions that reflect intelligence?

I think Nora's intelligence largely depends on your opinion. Nora is a product of her society and culture. Nora thought that she might be content simply playing the role of wife. She was "smart" enough to realise her life was empty and she really did not know who she was other than Torvald's wife.
