What is the choice faced here? Would you give water to the men? What is the right thing to do?

One woman pushes forward to give water and someone else says they cannot spare it. She wets a man’s lips anyway. Another voice warns that the men will die and so will they. I really don't think there is a correct answer to this. It really depends on your personal point of view.
