Explain in detail how this occurs
Basically people in the villages are terrified when they see groups of young boys together. Child soldiers can be vicious, especially when they are high on various cocaine concoctions that they give to make them "brave". The villagers are staring at the boys until finally they are stopped and brought to the elder. Ishmael does his LL Cool J routine. This diffuses the tension. Ishmael's music is strange but the elder believes that they are merely travelling with their act. You just can't make that stuff up!. They let the boys carry on.
