The children at ages 12-14 in a modest proposal, how did they had to work? what was their beneficials? what was swift's solution to that?

Swift thinks these children are old enough to work..... but because of their age they don't fit in his plan because they are too old to eat.

Boys of that age were too lean, and the girls too close in age to being breeders....... better they be put to work.
