What are walter's fantasies after mama gives him charge of the money? why are they so obiously unrealistic, even destructive?

Mama and Walter have opposite views on what to do with the insurance money. Walter wants to open a liquor store and Mama disapproves of liquor and making money from liquor. It is a bad idea. Walter's partner in the venture is dubious at best. A liquor store also oppresses the community by fostering alcoholism and all the problems that come with it.
