In his anger, Walter that African American's are "the world's most backwards rare of people" Does he seriously believe this?

Actually this has strong sexist overtones. Walter announces that ,“Black women are the most backward of all women in the world” because they do not support their Black men. This rhetoric is part of Walter's patriarchal humiliation of Black Women. I think he means it as far as it serves his own self-esteem and agenda. I'm not sure he really means it in his heart.
