Why is Walter such an angry person?

I personally would not describe Walter as an angry person. Frustrated.... definitely. Walter wants to provide for his family, to be free from financial stress, to put himself in a postion where they aren't always waiting for the next paycheck, where he knows his son can have a good education.... where he can give his son an extra dollar when it's requested.
