I think that Blanche harbours resentment towards Stella because she thinks that Stella blames her for losing the house. While Stella left Belle Reve to improve her life, Blanche stayed to protect the life they had. Seeing Stella in love with Stanley brings all these memories and emotions back to Blanche.
