What do you think finally caused Stella to decide that Blanche needed to be hospitalized? scene eleven

I believe that Stella's final decision in regard to her sister's hospitalization had everything to do with her accusations against her husband. She couldn't keep her sister around after Stanley was accused of rape..... and for intents and purposes, Blanche needed help.
