Why is Blanche drawn to young boys, such as the paper boy?

Blanche lives in the past and has never gotten over the suicide of her young husband. Young men attract her because she sees her departed husband in them.... that, and she still sees herself as the beautiful, young woman she once was. Blanche's life became a world of darkness after the suicide, her wolrd before had been happy and carefree. All of her hallucinations bring her back to the happy days, and end with the shot of a gun.
