Does anyone have any ideas on a book with similar themes and key ideas to 'A Thousand Splendid Suns' that would be good to write a connecting essay on?

Yes actually, I am doing an essay for school comparing Night, by Elie Wiesel, to A thousand Splendid Suns, by Khaled Hosseini. Both books are roughly similar.

Thanks 4 the reply, but I have decided to go with Memoirs of a Geisha, there are a tonne of connections between it and A Thousand Splendid Suns as well. I'll still have a look at Night though! :)
