Who is Mrs. Which and what is she like?

Mrs. Which is one of the three ladies (Mrs. Ws), who come to help Charles Wallace and Meg. She is the oldest of the women, and the one to whom the other two defer. Mrs. Which is most often felt as a presence and not often seen in physical form.
