Why does Mrs. Murray think that Meg and her brother are very smart?

Mrs. Murray has given her children special tests to assess their intelligence (IQ tests). Both children scored high, although, Mr. Murray would not share their scores. He did, however, say that they will both be "able to do pretty whatever" they like when they grow up.
