Why does Mrs. Who like to quote? Do you think it is an effective way to communicate with the children? Why or why not?

Mrs. Who has her own style of communication; in this case, she uses the words of others when she cannot quite say what she would like to say. She might have trouble thinking of ways to say what she intends to communicate, so she is better off using the words already written and scripted by other people.

She is better able to communicate by using people's quotes, because she can not find the right words.

Mrs. Who likes to quote because during situations, findng the right word is difficult. I personally do not think it is effective because it may confuse the children and during situations, they may not understand it right away.
