do you find the characters likeable in the story of alice in wonderland? why or why not?

Nearly all the characters are likeable in their own way!

Alice was designed to be likable - she is an innocent little girl with good manners. She is politely assertive, inquisitive and quite brave really.

The Queen of Hearts is quite rude and self-important but is funny as you read further into the book - she is always yelling "Off with her head", she is very illogical and obviously sees herself as the most important person in Wonderland.

The Mad Hatter is so mad you have to love him!

The Cheshire cat is very unhelpful. Even though he smiles alot he is fond of tricking Alice and giving useless answers: "Or, you could ask the March Hare, in that direction. Of course, he's mad too".

The March Hare is quite logical but can be blunt at times: "Ah, that's just it. If you don't think, then you shouldn't talk."
