Sympathy for Joe

Joe Keller is very much a tragic hero with many qualities and one flaw.Joe is hard working, caring for family, a good provider... Joe makes a mistake in his past that he cannot admit to. He lets his emotional wounds fester; his guilt is unrelenting. Many of us can sympathize with harbouring a secret, of being too afraid of facing consequences. Many of us can relate to that.
