What does himmelstoss expect from the group of men?

Himmelstoss still expects obedience from the men. The men, however, have had it with Himmelstoss and his abuses. The Germans ate loosing men at the front and need soldiers. The army will not punish them too harshly for disobeying Himmelstoss.
