What kind of things would you write in your wall of thoughts ?

I can't provide you with ideas for your wall of thoughts, as mine would likely be far different from your own. Good things might include family or lasting memories. Reminders for me would be notes let me remember the things are that in important.... things that would get me back on track when I become overly focused on those things that aren't important at the expense of everything else.

I'm not sure what you mean by "why not to do it".
