All the President's Men
Do you believe president Dwight D. Eisenhower has positive influences on our country?

I'll give a qualified "Yes." Eisenhower was an effective administrator, an honest man, well-respected in the nation and the world, and one who did nothing to bring conflict or dissension to the office.
It's a standing joke that Eisenhower did virtually nothing in his eight years in office, but that's unfair. Most notably, he nationalized the Arkansas National Guard and ordered them to protect the Black students integrating Little Rock High School, the first segregated school to admit Black students under the Supreme Court's Brown v Board of Education integration decision. He hated to do it, but felt (correctly) that he had no choice.
Eisenhower brought integrity and dignity to the Presidency, things much more valuable than specific achievements. I say this as a liberal Democrat.
