After the battle of the Windmill, Squealer calls the battle a "Victory" for Animal Farm. Do the other animals share his feelings? Why?

Napoleon devotes two days to celebrating the victory at the newly named Battle of the Windmill and burying the slain. He also gives himself the title, “Order of the Green Banner.” His actions convince the other animals to celebrate. Once again, they go along with Napoleon's lies.
