Jumping on the "bandwagon" is a result of propaganda. Even though Old Major meant well, he was able to engage the animals to jump to his cause through the spirited singing of "Beasts of England." The sheep chanting "Two legs bad, four legs good” or later on "Four legs good, two legs better" is another example of jumping on the bandwagon through propaganda.
