Briefly describe how Animal Farm has changed by the end of chapter 7?

By the end of chapter 7, the farm is under Napoleon's control. Napoleon is truly a fascist leader like Stalin or Hitler. He runs the farm on fear and propaganda. Public executions are commonplace and the animals are terrified. The atmosphere on the farm is the opposite of the animal utopia that Old Major had envisioned.
