  1. Napoleon blames Snowball for destroying the windmill, however, it is highly unlikely that a single pig would be able to knock it down on his own. Why would Napoleon choose to blame Snowball? Explain.

Snowball is Napoleon's only rival for power. Napoleon, aided by Squealer, uses Snowball as a scapegoat for any problems or even made up problems.
