Describe the purpose of spontaneous demonstration in "Animal Farm".

Napoleon introduces the animals to a weekly event called the "Spontaneous Demonstration." During this event, every animal would leave their jobs and march in military style around the farm. The purpose of the exercise was to infuse the animals with pride at the things they'd accomplished. These excercises also served to remind the animals that no matter how difficult the work.... they were working for themselves.
