How can the farm get taken over by the humans impact the animals on the farm?

If the humans retook control of the farm, the animals would no longer be in control. Technically, the only animals who have control after the rebellion are the pigs. In the end, the rebellion did nothing more than result in the animals giving up one form of control for another.
