How does language play a part in the propaganda Squealer speaks?

Language plays a dual role is Squealer's speech. In the first instance, he is discussing economics..... rolling around facts and figures about which the animals have no comprehension. They believe him because he sounds good.... because he is well spoken.

In the second instance, Squealer uses emotion to mislead the other animals about Boxer's death. He sympathizes and and speaks with great emotion..... calming the other animals fears. He is manipulation at its best.
