how does squealer calm the unrest over boxer's fate?

squealer tells tha animals that napoleon sent boxer to the finiest doctor and had the best care. he also said the they were by boxers side at the end and his dying words napoleon is always right then the pigs had a celebratory dinner in honor of boxer.
