how does squealer convince the animals that it is in their own best interest to allow the pigs to have all the milk and apples

Basically he says that the Pigs are the intellectual brains behind this whole Animal liberation operation. He argues that if the Pigs are not working at their best, Farmer Jones will return and they will be slaves to humans again. This is why they need (the pigs) optimum nutrition all the time.
