How does the crowd support differ between Napoleon and Snowball?

Both Napoleon and snowball are leaders. They both plan the first rebellion but after that there is a difference. Although Snowball is the more creative and intelligent of the pai, It is Napoleon that exploits Snowball's ideas and is able to manipulate the animals to eventually expel Snowball. The animals begin to see Snowball through the lens of Napoleon's propaganda and lies.
