What is an example of how Old Major's vision for the farm changes?

Old Major wanted the animals to share everything. The fruits of their labour are to be shared with all the farm animals. Instead the pigs take over marginalizing other animals like ones with two legs (chickens, hens....) Food does not get distributed evenly with certain animals (mostly Pigs) getting the best food. As Napolean the Pig takes more control, the farm turns into an autocratic dictatorship. This becomes the opposite of the socialist utopia that Old Major wanted.
