what new privileges do the pigs enjoy?

The Pigs get normal rations while the others get theirs drastically cut. The Pigs and dogs also get all the eggs and milk.

Oh yes, I forgot, by chapter 10 the animals notice that there is little difference between the pigs and the humans. The pigs are wearing clothes and drinking alcohol. They trade with the humans and play cards with them as well.
