Why are the humans now calling the farm by its new name?

The humans have started calling the farm by ANIMAL FARM because the buisness over in THE animal farm (such as leading, farming, building, planning, living, etc,...) is going great and scince the humans had already been defeated when trying to take it back and Mr. Jones moved to another town(?) part of town(?). Leadership had already been formed along with agreements/buisness with the humans. It should have a spesific sentence in the book where it explains your question exactly.
